Test-Regeneration Unit (ZTR)

Stationary device for regeneration and testing of batteries and lead-acid, gel and alkaline battery cells. The device is also a universal operational rectifier and a service rectifier stimulating excessively discharged batteries. When in the battery discharge mode, it returns energy to the network.

Variants of the device:

ZTR 24 - supports batteries with rated voltage from 2V to 24V

ZTR 48 - supports batteries with rated voltage from 2V to 48V

ZTR 80 - osupports batteries with rated voltage from 2V to 80V

 

The maximum supported current is individually determined for each order.

Battery Tester (TBA)

Battery Tester

TBA accumulator battery tester is designed to examine the quality of lead-acid accumulator battery. Testing can be conducted by using the program of “5- 10- or 20-hour current discharge”. Each device also has the “Discharge by Manually Specified Current” program. Parameters of the discharge process are recorded in the tester non-volatile memory which is divided into 16 independent registers called register banks. The register data may be recorded and transferred from the tester by means of a USB flash drive.

Variants of the device:

TBA 150 (24/48/80)

supports batteries with rated voltage from 18V to 80V

The maximum current supported for 24V, 48V, 80V is 150A. For other voltages is 100A.

TBA 150 (6/12/24)

supports batteries with rated voltage from 6V to 24V

The maximum current supported for 6V, 12V, 24V is 150A. For other voltages is 100A.

TBA 60 (48/110/220)

supports batteries with rated voltage from 25V to 220V

The maximum current supported for 48V, 110V, 220V is 60A. For other voltages is 40A.
